A compassionate 8-week support group for those navigating the emotional and relational complexities of infertility.
What to Expect:
Safe, Confidential Space
Each session provides a non-judgmental environment to share experiences, emotions, and challenges related to fertility journeys. Group confidentiality is emphasized and respected.
Weekly Themes and Guided Discussions
Each session focuses on a specific topic such as grief and loss, relationship dynamics, identity shifts, medical decision-making, body image, and coping strategies.
Emotional Validation and Support
Members are encouraged to share openly, receive support, and connect with others facing similar struggles. You are not alone.
Psychoeducation and Tools
Each week includes education on emotional responses to fertility challenges and concrete coping skills (e.g., grounding, self-compassion practices, boundary-setting).
